Conditions of Entry:

1. Instructions on "How to Enter" form part of these Conditions of Entry. The competitions are open to all Australian residents between December 1st 2005 to last mail received February 28th 2006. Employees of the promotor and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. The draw will take place at the offices of Petal Publishing Pty. Ltd. Winners will be notified.
3. Each entry will be judged based on literary and creative merit where submissions containing stories are required or selected randomly where an entry only is required. All entries become the property of the promotor and may be used in future marketing exercises.
4. All prizes valued in Australian dollars. Prizes not transferable or exhchangable and cannot be taken as cash. The promotor is neither responsible nor liable for any change in value of a prize occuring between publishing date and date prize is claimed. Promotor is not responsible for any prizes damaged in transit.
